We also use Your Personal Information and that of all or some other visitors to generate statistics regarding the demographics of visitors and to help us understand (i) how visitors value our products and services and (ii) how visitors use the Site, in general, and specific pages of the Site, in particular. We maintain the privacy of Your Personal Information by using measures that are both customary and commercially reasonable. You can visit the Site and use many of our free features without giving us Your Personal Information, other than your IP address, which may or may not constitute a piece of personally identifiable information. Again, except for your IP address, uScore does not collect Your Personal Information except when such information is specifically provided by you when you (i) register for a free diagnostic test or free trial, (ii) purchase a uScore product or service, or (iii) otherwise register with uScore. We ensure that the collection of Your Personal Information is not excessive by industry standards.
In order to comply with COPPA regulations, as amended, students under the age of thirteen are not permitted to purchase uScore products or services, or otherwise register with uScore directly. uScore requires the parents/guardians of such students to complete purchases, or otherwise register, under their own names. The Site's online forms contain blocking mechanisms that are intended to prevent the collection of personally identifiable information from users under the age of thirteen who attempt to make purchases or otherwise register with uScore. Once the Site recognizes that a user is under the age of thirteen, it automatically rejects such purchase or registration.
